Pricing does not include cost of garment.
Use this equation:
X=Row (Shirt Quantity)
x = multiply
Y=Column (Number of Print Colors)
X x Y = Total Print Price
(Example: 145 (shirts) x $2.75 (3 Color Print) = $398.75 Total)
Price Guide reflects cost per side, each additional print (back/sleeve/etc.) is an additional cost.
Light colored shirts can be printed up to 10 colors.
Darker colored shirts can be printed up to 8 colors.
Basic SETUP COST
• Screen Charge: $30 per spot color (screen stored up to 3 months)
• Transparency/Film Positive: $15 per spot color
• Pantone Color Matching: $10 per spot color
• Reorders (within 3 month period): $15 per screen
• Custom Artwork: $65 per hour
• Simple Text: $25
ADDITIONAL COST
Color Changes : $10 per color
Printing Dark Colored Garments: add $0.50 per print
Water based Ink (only Light Colored Garments): Add $0.50 per print
Specialty Inks: add $0.75 per print
Inner Neck Tag Prints: $1.00 per print (after 72 pieces)
Individual Folding: $1.00
Individual Folding + Sizing Sticker: $1.25
Individual Folding + Poly-Bagging + Sizing Sticker (exterior of bag): $1.50

1-11 per piece/side: $20.50 on White Garment / $22.50 on Dark Garment
12-23 per piece/side: $16.50 on White Garment / $17.50 on Dark Garment
24-71 per piece/side: $11.50 on White Garment / $12.50 on Dark Garment
72-144 per piece/side: $9.50 on White Garment / $10.50 on Dark Garment
145-299 per piece/side: $8.50 on White Garment / $9.50 on Dark Garment
300-499 per piece/side: $7.50 on White Garment / $8.50 on Dark Garment
500+ per piece/side: $6.50 on White Garment / $7.50 on Dark Garment
Add $2.00 for Sweatshirts/Hoodies

Alternative Apparel: $5-7 per piece

Tote Bag Prices
Basic 6oz 15x16: $2.50 per piece
Heavy Duty 12oz 15x16: $3.50 per piece
10oz 15x15x4 with the bottom gusset: $3.50-$3.75 per piece
Jumbo 12oz 20x15x5 with bottom gusset: $4.50-$4.75 per piece

Oversized SCREEN PRINTING
Prints with an image size over 12”X16” require larger screens
We can print up to 14”X18”
Screens: $50
Print Cost: Multiplied by two.
Film/Color Separation: $30
RUSH ORDERS
7 business days add 25% to invoice total
